Jury trials are an enshrined constitutional right and must NEVER be removed. This cannot be allowed to happen, and it's very serious indeed. We know they want rid of jury trials and this is a toe hold into the same. Please consider some form of suitable (and absolutely valid) outrage to your MP and anyone else in officaldom. If we have to, we will have to raise protests. I cannot express how serious this is. This should not be on the table at all
