The Online Safety Bill Act is not about "safety" it's a tool for unprecedented censorship.

On today's UK Column News Extra, we discussed how the Bill gives Ofcom the power to prosecute and even imprison the management of organisations that don’t comply. Independent news platforms like ours, where members can share and discuss content, are directly affected by this legislation.

"Only billionaires will be able to afford food. Everyone else will die," said Dr. Patrick Moore, co-founder of Greenpeace, warning of the disastrous consequences of net-zero policies.

He added, "Now they are interfering in agriculture and threatening to reduce the food supply because food is said to cause global warming."

"They're going to cause destruction like the Earth has never seen before because we're over eight billion people, and four billion of us are dependent on nitrogen fertiliser, which is now considered bad because it's a greenhouse gas or whatever... It's all completely made up. The same goes for the campaign against CO2."

Digital IDs: A Trojan Horse for Total Control

Montgomery Toms is raising serious concerns about digital infrastructure and its implications for our freedoms. Digital IDs will pave the way for a surveillance-driven society where every aspect of your life—what you buy, where you go, and even the decisions you make—can be monitored, restricted, or controlled.

If fully implemented, Digital IDs could link with Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs), social credit systems, and biometric tracking, giving governments and corporations immense control over daily life. This isn’t some distant theory—it’s unfolding right now.

📢 We must push back. Independent media like UK Column is vital in exposing what the mainstream won’t. Stay informed, speak up, and defend your freedom.

The NFU is a much more powerful Union than it appears."

Messaging such as “We are all in this together” and “No one is safe until everyone is safe” plays on the idea of serving the greater good or acting in the best interest of the majority. During the Covid response, this rhetoric allowed major media networks to demonize children for putting adults at risk.
