Net Zero: It Was Never About the Climate

From the outset, we at UK Column have warned about Net Zero. Not as an environmental policy, but as a tool of control—about money, power and the deliberate destruction of national economies. This is not a solution. It’s a land grab. Prime agricultural land is being stolen, entire ecosystems ripped apart, and communities sacrificed to a lie. The “green” revolution is an industrial-scale wealth transfer, funnelling public money into the hands of corporate elites while ordinary people pay the price—through higher energy costs, land dispossession and the dismantling of reliable power grids.
Net Zero isn’t about sustainability. It’s about engineered scarcity, forced compliance, and economic warfare.
