Ofcom's Online Safety Bill isn't about safety. It's about censorship and control.

Their objective is clear: clamp down on free speech and ensure that only the government-approved narrative gets through. This is why UK Column matters now more than ever. We provide the antidote to mainstream propaganda, offering independent reporting by remaining completely independent of any advertisers, foundations or political parties. All of our funding comes from our viewers, listeners and readers who support us

With the passage of this draconian law, we find ourselves under attack for daring to challenge the official narrative. But we won't back down. We'll continue to expose the nefarious actions by those who claim to act in our best interests.

As Brian Gerrish so aptly put it, ”If you believe in free speech, then Ofcom has got to be dealt with…”

On Wednesday’s UK Column News, Charles covered the ongoing rollout of digital ID infrastructure in the UK, despite widespread public resistance. The government continues to spend millions in taxpayer money while the mainstream media pushes the narrative that digital ID will be “essential” or “convenient.”

As Charles points out, the UK Cyber Security Sectoral Analysis, recently published by the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology, shows the sector has grown by over 12% in the last year—now valued at over £13 billion.
