تمت اليوم زيارة رئاسة الجامعة من قِبل بعض مسؤولي الدفعة والمندوبين لمتابعة موضوع ورقة التظلم. لم يكن رئيس الجامعة متواجدًا، ولكن اطلعنا على الورقة ووجدنا أن رئيس الجامعة قد وقّعها، وتم تحويلها إلى الكلية، وكان مضمونها يتضمن:

> "مراجعة وتدقيق الإشكالية ومعالجتها، والإنصاف في حلها."



بعد ذلك توجهنا إلى الكلية، ولم نجد عميد الكلية، فقمنا بمقابلة كل من:

الدكتور منصور القباطي

الدكتور عبد الرحمن الصبري


وشرحنا لهم تفاصيل المشكلة كاملة.
قام الدكتور منصور القباطي بالاتصال برئيس القسم الدكتور إبراهيم البلطه وطرح عليه المشكلة، فأوضح رئيس القسم أن الحل تم بالفعل وأنه تقرر إعادة الاختبار.

أخبرناه أن المرجع والسلايدات كبيرة جدًا ولا يوجد وقت كافٍ لمذاكرتها، فقام الدكتور منصور بالتواصل مع الدكتور محمد الريمي ، والذي بدوره اتصل بالدكتور نبيل الصهيبي ليتفقوا على أن يتم تحديد مصدر الأسئلة: إما المرجع أو السلايدات.

وبعد مراجعة الأسئلة، تم التأكيد أن الاختبار مأخوذ من السلايدات فقط، وبناءً على ذلك وجّه الدكتور منصور القباطي قائلًا:

> "لا تتشتتوا، ذاكروا من السلايدات فقط."



أما بالنسبة للدكتور عبد الرحمن الصبري، فقد ناقشناه حول توزيع الدرجات، حيث كانت كالآتي:

الاختبار: 30 درجة

الكورس: 10 درجات

الحضور والغياب: 10 درجات


وقد أوضحنا له أن هذا التوزيع غير عادل، واقترحنا أن يكون التوزيع كالتالي:

الاختبار النصفي: 20 درجة

الكورس: 20 درجة

الحضور والغياب: 10 درجات


وقد وعد الدكتور عبد الرحمن بأنه سيتواصل مع الدكتور محمد الريمي لمحاولة إقناعه بإعادة توزيع الدرجات وفق هذا المقترح.

وبالنسبة للطلاب، فقد تم إبلاغنا بالآتي:

من يرغب بإعادة الاختبار يمكنه التقديم غدًا.

من لا يرغب، سيتم اعتماد درجته السابقة، مع إمكانية رفع تظلم عبر الموقع بخصوص الأسئلة الخاطئة.

الإدارة ستحاول إقناع الدكتور بقبول التظلمات .
