سه هفته قبل: مطالعه مقاله استاد و اعلام نظر در مورد نقاط ضعف و قوت و ارایه راهکار برای نقاط ضعف که از نظر خودم گزارش خوبی از آب درومد. این پروژه به درخواست استاد تهیه و ایمیل شد.
یه ایمیل زدم گفتم از ادمیشن من خبری نیست و من حساب زیادی روی دانشگاه شما باز کردم، میتونم خوشبین باشم؟ اونم جواب داد بین اپلیکنت‌ها داره انتخاب میکنه و به عنوان یه مینی پروژه شما این مقاله رو بخون و نظر بده و مابقی داستان که یه هفته وقت گذاشتم و گزارش رو بهش دادم. جالبیش اینه که بهم گفته من خودمو متعهد میدونم برات کار پیدا کنم.

۳- حتما حتما قبل از ایمیل زدن به هر استاد، وبسایتش رو بادقت چک کنید. بعضی اساتید ممکنه در وبسایتشون قوانینی برای ارسال ایمیل تعیین کرده باشن(مثل درج عبارت خاص در سابجکت یا متن ایمیل) و ازش برای فیلترکردن ایمیل‌ها استفاده کنن و درصورت عدم توجه به قواعد مذکور، ایمیل شما از فیلتر مربوطه عبور نمیکنه(و مثلا لیبل اپلیکنت نمیخوره) و خونده نمیشه یا حتی اگه استاد ببینه، معلوم میشه توضیحاتش رو نخوندین و تقریبا باید اون استاد رو بیخیال بشید! مثلا:
