👈 شرایط بهره مندی از #سنوات ارفاقی برای دانشجویان مشمول به خدمت #سربازی

دانشجویان مقاطع مختلف دانشگاهی که در سنوات اولیه تحصیلی موفق به فراغت از تحصیل نشده اند، در صورت موافقت کمیسیون موارد خاص دانشگاه،می توانندحداکثر به مدت یک سال از سنوات ارفاقی استفاده کنند.

مشمولان برای برخورداری از سنوات ارفاقی می بایست با توجه به مقطع تحصیلی خود،حداقل تعداد واحد درسی مشخصی را گذرانده باشند که در این صورت با موافقت کمیسیون موارد خاص دانشگاه ، دانشجویان می بایست سه ماه قبل از اتمام سنوات اولیه تحصیلی،درخواست خود را از طریق دانشگاه محل تحصیل پیگیری کنند.

طبق تبصره 2 ماده 11 آیین نامه اجرایی #معافیت_تحصیلی مصوبه هیئت وزیران ، دانشگاه ها موظفند حداکثر ظرف مدت #سه ماه از #پایان مدت #مجاز #سنوات اولیه تحصیلی، موافقت خود را جهت بهره مندی دانشجویان از سنوات #ارفاقی به سازمان وظیفه عمومی اعلام کنند، در غیر این صورت دانشجویان نمی توانند از سنوات ارفاقی بهره مند شوند.

دانشجویانی که با بهره مندی از سنوات ارفاقی،فارغ التحصیل می شوند،حداکثر #یک سال مهلت داشته تا وضعیت خدمتی خود را مشخص کنند و یا در صورت پذیرش درمقاطع بالاتر نیز می توانند از معافیت تحصیلی برخوردار شوند.

مشمولانی که در سنوات ارفاقی فارغ التحصیل نشوند،از تاریخ #انصراف و یا #اخراج از تحصیل یک سال مهلت داشته تا وضعیت خدمتی خود را مشخص کنند.

دانشجویانی که موفق به بهره مندی از سنوات ارفاقی نشده و در مهلت یک ساله تعیین تکلیف وضعیت خدمتی، فارغ التحصیل شوند،طبق ماده 13 آیین نامه اجرایی معافیت تحصیلی،تا #پایان خدمت و یا اخذ کارت معافیت از خدمت ، حق #ادامه_تحصیل نخواهند داشت .

دانشجویانی که نتوانند درمهلت یک ساله تعیین تکلیف وضعیت خدمتی خود فارغ التحصیل شوند،وارد غیبت شده و ادامه تحصیل آنان با غیبت مغایر قانون بوده وبه هیچ وجه امکان فراغت از تحصیل را نخواهند داشت.

🔵ضوابط و شرایط صدور مدارک تحصیلی(گواهی موقت-دانشنامه) مخصوص #دانش_آموختگان #مرد #دانشگاه_تهران

1- دانش آموختگان مرد در صورتیکه مشمول خدمت #نظام_وظیفه باشند پس از اتمام کلیه مراحل #فراغت از تحصیل،از سوی پردیس/دانشکده ، به حوزه نظام وظیفه معرفی خواهند شد.

2- شرایط دریافت #گواهی_موقت دانش آموختگان مرد:

دانش آموختگان مرد #غیر_مشمول در صورت داشتن یکی از مدارک ذیل می توانند گواهی موقت دریافت نمایند:

▫️داشتن کارت پایان خدمت.
▫️ داشتن کارت معافیت دائم.
▫️ داشتن کارت معافیت موقت (کفالت,پزشکی,معافیت برادر و یا فرزند اسیر) در مدت اعتبار.
▫️داشتن گواهی اشتغال به تحصیل مقاطع تحصیلی بالاتر در نیمسال جاری با تاریخ اعتبار مربوطه با درج شماره معافیت تحصیلی تائید شده برای مشمولینی که در حال تحصیل در مقاطع بالاتر می باشند.
▫️ داشتن گواهی صادره از نیروهای نظامی و انتظامی مبنی بر استخدام رسمی و پیمانی در سازمانهای مذکور.
▫️ داشتن گواهی صادره از نیروهای نظامی و انتظامی مبنی بر اشتغال به خدمت دوره ضرورت با ذکر نداشتن غیبت
▫️داشتن دفترچه آماده به خدمت بدون مهر غیبت با تاریخ اعتبار.

3- شرایط دریافت دانشنامه و #ریزنمرات فارسی رسمی:

دانش آموختگان مرد دوره های شهریه پرداز ( شبانه ،نوبت دوم و مجازی) درصورت نداشتن بدهی به صندوق رفاه دانشجویان و داشتن دانشنامه مقطع قبلی(مخصوص دانش آموختگان مقاطع کارشناسی ناپیوسته ,کارشناسی ارشدودکتری)و مشخص بودن وضعیت نظام وظیفه ( به شرح مندرج در بند 2 ) می توانند دانشنامه دریافت کنند.

👈 دانش آموختگان دوره های #روزانه درصورت احراز یکی از شرایط ذیل می توانند دانشنامه دریافت کنند:

الف - ارائه گواهی انجام کار به میزان تعهد آموزش رایگان پس از دانش آموخته شدن.

ب - ارائه نامه از وزارت کار مبنی برعدم کاریابی در مدت #شش ماه انتظار، بدیهی است در زمان ارائه نامه از وزارت کار باید #یکسال از تاریخ فراغت از تحصیل گذشته باشد.

ج - خرید تعهد آموزش #رایگان.

د-داشتن #دانشنامه مقاطع قبلی و نامه لغو تعهد ( مخصوص دانش آموختگان مقاطع کارشناسی ناپیوسته، کارشناسی ارشد ناپیوسته و دکتری) در کلیه موارد بالا الزامیست. لازم به ذکر است وضعیت نظام وظیفه دانش آموختگان ذکور باید به یکی از مواردی که برای دریافت گواهی موقت به آن اشاره شده است مشخص گردیده باشد.

Organization Denoscription: the Transdisciplinary Research Institute for Advancing Data Science (TRIAD) integrates research and education in mathematical, statistical, and algorithmic foundations for data science. It was recently funded by the #NSF and locates at #Georgia_Tech, with participating faculty members from the academic units including the school of the mathematics, the college of computing, the school of industrial and systems engineering, the school of electrical and computer engineering, and more.
Position Denoscription - Postdoctoral Associate: We are looking for a few postdoctoral associates whose research is inter-disciplinary and to build a foundation for the data science (which is broadly interpreted). The postdoctoral associates may work with multiple faculty members at Georgia Tech. The applicant will be expected to conduct fundamental and top-notched research. The normal duration of the postdoctoral associate is two year, with the possibility of extension for a third year.
Position Qualifications: Qualified applicants should have demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following areas: any areas of mathematics, optimization, statistics, and theoretical computer science. Additionally, domain knowledge of potential application of data science is a plus. Applicants should possess a Ph.D. in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or other relevant field. Applicants are expected to be outstanding, intellectually curious researchers at an early stage of their scholarly career.
Compensation Package: The anticipated salary range for this position is around $60,000 per year commensurate with education, experience, and area(s) of demonstrated expertise.
