На базе Интеграционного комитета «Россия – Донбасс» состоялась рабочая встреча председателя МОО «Союз землячеств Луганщины», заместителя председателя профсоюзов России «СОЦПРОФ» Олега Константиновича Акимова и  с турецким журналистом, политологом, координатором общественного движения по развитию российско-турецких отношений Окаем Депремом. Во время встречи обсудили различные направления развития народной дипломатии в рамках развития дружбы межу Россией и Турцией.
Со своей стороны благодарим Окая Депрема за его активное личное участие в развитии дружеских, партнерских отношений между  Турцией и Россией. Наша сила в единстве!

1. What your impressions in General from Russia - Africa forum in St Petersburg?
We are deeply appreciate in General Russia-Africa summit for giving us time and opportunity to discuss on the numerous challenges Africa is facing in the areas of peace , progress and  prosperity in our dear continent. We would like said thank you to the president of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin his efforts and visionary leadership over the year in ensuring sustainable peace and progress in Africa.
2. Whom did you exactly represent by yourself this year?
       RI represents Chadian opposition in forum Russia. I am of the leader Union of Movements for Democracy and development UMDD. As you know our coalition UMDD is committed to fighting against the dictatorial Regime of Chad under Mamahamat Idriss Deby who took power by force in 2021 when his father died in field of combat. Chad was the Deby family dynasty has ruled more than 35 years. His reign is characterized by nepotism as he has ensured that political power in Chad is concentrated within ethnic group of the president. Deby Jr. refuse to follow the commitment recommended to African Union, United Nations and International community to relinquish power to a civilian after 18 months of transition.
3. As well as I know that. It is not the first time you are in Russia?..
Of course not my first time in Russia I have invited to participate to the 7th Russian Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Forum (SME Forum), on the 15th June 2022 in St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. The SME Forum is annual event for the discussion of the current climate for small and medium-sized business and the measures which need to be taken in order to strengthen its role in the Russian economy.   in SMS forum the sessions were moderate by the  representatives of federal and regional legislative and executive bodies, directors of small and medium-sized companies, directors of state and public organizations providing support to SMEs, and representatives of the banking sector, consultancy firms and legal services organizations.
4. During the Russia -Africa forum which agreements contracts were signed between both sides between Chad and Russia.
We have signed  with RUSSOFT has 340 members with 85 th. software engineers, working both - in Russia and in other countries. We signed distributor agreement with Zecurion is a world-class vendor of IT security solutions helping companies to protect against insider threats. The company provides data leak prevention, detection of internal fraud.
5. In General how do you see the potential and perspective of mutual relations between Russia and Chad for the future.
Africa’s potential is obvious and the average annual GDP growth on the continent in the past 20 years was 4.5 percent which exceed the world’s overage. Africa’s population is approaching 1.5 billion and is growth faster.  I think Russia’s government, business are interested trade investment and humanitarian ties with the continent which meet the needs between Russia and Africa they will promote stable growth and prosperity. The participants discussed promised ideas on new mutually beneficial joint project practical agreements, commercial and contracts.
      6. From your point of view, what are the General expectations from Russia-Africa? Due to your opinions, what should be  your the mission of Russian  federation in African continent?
I believe Russia-Africa starts the important events in the topic is technology and security development for the benefit of humanitarian. We discussed all matters on financial’ trade, investment educational, energy, agriculture finance and healthcare.
7. Soon there will be held a new summit of BRICS in South Africa. Would you like your county Chad to be a new member of BRICS?.. How do you see the future and mission of the organization both in the Africa and in general all over the world?

My country did not invite because our money relate to French. Our money call CFA controlled by French Treasury we don’t have control in our money.  All of these mechanisms date back to the colonial period. And they are still functioning like they functioned in the colonial period. The franc zone gathers the 14 countries using the CFA franc, and also the Comoros.  The Comoros have a so-called national currency, but it functions in the same way as the CFA franc. The French Treasury promises to guarantee the convertibility of the CFA franc into French currency. Also the Summit resulted in the adoption of the Declaration of the Second Russia–Africa on the Prevention of an Arms Race in Outer Space very important for African want to cute with French politic.
