Police had trained for a similar mass stabbing attack only last week.

Nine people have been left with life-threatening injuries after stabbings on a Doncaster-London train on Saturday. Huntingdon MP Ben Obese-Jecty said the chief constable told him officers had been training for a similar emergency "only last week".
