Two members of an 'African tribe' who settled in a Scottish Borders woodland have been arrested following the birth of a baby. Jean Gasho, 43, and Kaura Taylor, 21, from the 'Kingdom of Kubala' were arrested on Friday over allegations of child neglect.
A TikTok live stream showed five female officers in a flat in Newcastle where the pair were staying. Gasho claimed to be the mother of the child and that she had breastfed the tot, although it is unclear who the infant's mother is.
