✅ What to replace mayonnaise with?
If for some reason you don't eat mayonnaise, there is a worthy substitute for it - a sauce that is not inferior to mayonnaise, but on the contrary, more useful.
✔️ Replace mayonnaise with sauce:
3 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
1 tsp of mustard
7 tbsp of sour cream
salt and pepper - to taste.
Preparation:
1. Mix oil, lemon juice, mustard, salt, pepper until smooth.
2. Add sour cream and mix.
3. Suitable for all salads that require mayonnaise. Can be spread on sandwiches.
