Homemade bread
Ingredients:
Water 400g.
Flour 500g.
Yeast 7g.
Sugar 1 tsp
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp.
Preparation:
In a bowl mix water, yeast and sugar, leave for 10 minutes.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and knead the dough. Put in a warm place for 1.5 hours
Transfer the risen dough to a parchment-lined baking tray sprinkled with flour and fold into an envelope, wrapping all the edges in the center to form a ball. Leave for another 40 minutes.
Send to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
