ISHONCH’da 1C ishlab chiquvchi (1C developer)

ISHONCH — O‘zbekistondagi elektronika va maishiy texnika bozorida yetakchi kompaniya bo‘lib, respublika bo‘ylab 150 dan ortiq do‘konlarga ega. Biz IT departamentining moliya blokini rivojlantirish uchun tajribali 1C ishlab chiquvchilarni izlamoqdamiz. Sizning asosiy vazifangiz kompaniyaning budjetlashtirish, g‘aznachilik va moliya hisobini avtomatlashtirish bo‘yicha murakkab tizimlarini loyihalash va takomillashtirishdan iborat bo‘ladi.

Biz nimalarni taklif qilamiz:
Mas’uliyatli va professional vazifalar — ERP va UX tizimlarida budjetlashtirish hamda moliya blokini arxitektura darajasida rivojlantirish.
Ish haqi: 15 000 000+ so’m
Kasbiy o‘sish: Kompaniya hisobidan professional ta’lim, IT-konferensiyalar va timbildinglar.
Imtiyozlar: Bepul tushlik, kerak bo‘lganda kompaniya hisobidan yashash joyi (turar joy) bilan ta’minlash.
Ish joyi va formati: — Qo‘qon yoki Toshkent shahri; — Ofis yoki gibrid (ofis + masofaviy) ish rejimi.
Ish grafigi: 5/2, 09:00 dan 18:00 gacha.

Asosiy vazifalar:
• Budjetlashtirish, g‘aznachilik va MSFO (IFRS) hisobi quyi tizimlarini chuqur loyihalash va qayta ishlash.
• Moliyaviy ma’lumotlar integratsiyasini (banklar, BI-tizimlar, g‘aznachilik) sozlash va optimallashtirish.
• Murakkab moliyaviy hisob-kitoblar va hisobotlar (plan-fakt, cash flow, aylanma-saldovaya va b.) tezligini oshirish.
• Budjetlashtirish mexanizmlari (limitlar, rezervlar, prognozlar) bo‘yicha texnik topshiriqlar (TZ) yozish.
• Tizim xatoliklarini diagnostika qilish va operativ bartaraf etish.

Talablar:
Oliy yoki o‘rta maxsus ma’lumot (texnik yo‘nalishda).
Ish tajribasi: 1C sohasida kamida 2–3 yil (aynan moliya blokida tajriba muhim).
Amaliy bilim va ko‘nikmalar:
1C:ERP, UX (Upravleniye xoldingom) yoki KA tizimlarida budjetlashtirish blokini mukammal bilish.
- REST/HTTP integratsiyalar va XML/JSON formatlari bilan ishlash tajribasi.
- Murakkab biznes-logika va moliya arxitekturasini tuza olish.
- Ma’lumotlar bazasi va og‘ir hisob-kitoblarni optimallashtirish ko‘nikmasi.
- Jamoaviy ishlab chiqish vositalari (xranilishche, CI/CD) bilan ishlash tajribasi.
Shaxsiy fazilatlar: Tiniq va tushunarli kod yozish, mas’uliyatlilik, boshqalarning kodini tahlil qila olish.

Afzallik beriladi:
• Banklar yoki BI tizimlari bilan integratsiya qilish bo‘yicha muvaffaqiyatli loyihalar.
• 1C bo‘yicha professional sertifikatlar.
• Moliyaviy blokda ustozlik qilish tajribasi.
