Today’s Bible verse! Y’all this verse has become more simple for me in my understanding over the last two years since my other half & I gave our lives to Christ; and something we strive for everyday. The closer we live our lives everyday to walking in the Spirit, of the way Jesus would have, the less likely we are to fall for the desires of the flesh, or sin. I believe in time, we won’t even feel the pull of those fleshy desires as much, after continuing to walk & live our lives in the Spirit. How do you do that, one might ask? LOVE the LORD with all your HEART, SOUL, and MIND, and LOVE your NEIGHBOR(everyone around you in your life) as you would yourself (or as I like to say as Jesus would). So we should ask ourselves, what would Jesus do in every situation we’re in, sit with that question with Him, we pray on it with Him, and we will be able to discern our answers while staying in His way for all decisions & choices we make in life!! Praise Jesus, He is the way, the truth, & the life!!! 🙌🏽❤️‍🔥🙏🏽✝️🌈✨

Today’s Bible verse! Jesus wants us to live as He did on this earth, serving & helping others, sacrificing ourselves to serve others & share His love. In today’s world, most people ask, “what’s in it for me?!”, when doing a favor for a friend; rather than offering to help without expectation of payment or repayment with a favor. If we all strive to live & love in this way, I know others will see & follow too, and eventually no one will be asking what’s in it for them anymore. They will begin to see that what’s in it is the blessing of being there to serve others & love them in the way He does! Sharing a prayer for Acts of Service today: Jesus, thank You for showing us what humble service looks like. Today and every day, please show us how to follow the example You’ve set. Please make us aware of the people in our lives that we can selflessly serve. Let our acts of service reflect our deep love for You and for the people You created. In Your holy name we pray, Amen! 🙌🏽❤️‍🔥🙏🏽✝️🌈✨
