Not every battle leaves scars; some leave softness, too. You’ve crossed another line in the calendar not because the world made it easy, but because you chose to stay. Today, may you eat well, rest deeply, and feel held.

Happy birthday, Mikhael. You’ve walked far, perhaps too far in a cruel world that full of terror. Yet, you still here, blooming in places even the light forgot. May your days ahead get kinder, your burdens lighter, and your heart fuller. You deserve the calm you give to others.
