It's with a heavy heart that we announce the unexpected and sudden passing of our good friend and mentor Vladimir (SVB_22) due to COVID-19.

He was such a great guy and never hesitated to help someone who needed it. From his amazing work on this device and his massive support and contributions, he was an inspiration to us all.

For the people on the Redmi Note 10 Pro/Max (sweet) who are complaining about idle drain, do not blame the kernel. There are probably a few settings on your ROM that might kill idle drain for you. Some may include
• Pocket Mode
• Adaptive Connectivity
• Some setting you enabled in Ambient Display settings
• Probably some random Magisk module you flashed

Doze Modes have nothing to do with deep sleep, that's just for brightness on AOD, don't confuse removed doze modes for killing deep sleep.

If your ROM also uses Proximity on doze, don't blame the kernel.
