Edmundo González met with the president of Paraguay

Edmundo González reported that this Sunday morning he held a meeting in Washington, United States, with the President of Paraguay, Santiago Peña.

"This morning in Washington I had a meeting with the president of Paraguay, Santiago Peña, to talk about bilateral issues and about the commitment of the Paraguayan government to work together for democratic freedom in Venezuela," González said on his X account.

Following the meeting, the Paraguayan president said: "I reaffirm my full support for Edmundo and the brave Venezuelan people, who today are determinedly fighting for their freedom and the restoration of democracy."
