— The Zulia people from the most populated municipalities in the state, those on the western shore of Lake Maracaibo, live bleak hours. To the social quarantine by the Covid-19 was added the upsurge of the electricity crisis, with rationing not decreed but not hidden, without water and confined at home.
Probably, on Friday April 3 they lived the longest day of 2020, without electricity from 4:00 in the morning, multiple sectors of the Zulia capital spent more than 14 hours without electricity, the most 'privileged' waited 8 hours, so that after four or five hours, they lost their service again, in a kind of Christmas tree in flashing lights mode that Maracaibo became between Friday afternoon and night and the first hours of what is going Saturday April 4.
