🇵🇾🇦🇷 Paraguay will sue Argentina before Mercosur for retention of vessels on waterways

The Paraguayan president, Santiago Peña, announced this September 8 that his country will present a lawsuit before the Court of the Southern Common Market (Mercosur) for the retention of barges by Argentina in the Paraguay-Paraná waterway.
