Semen retention done the modern way (force of will, moralistic dogma, sex = bad) can be destructive at worst and counterproductive at best.
You'll still get benefits like increased discipline as well as the development of will power and self control, but things are much easier when your entire mind/body/emotions/spirit are on board, and you feel good and inspired.

In an ideal scenario you would have a loving woman. But since that’s not always possible, we can redirect our energies elsewhere.
