We have a world where people are told that they either cannot do something, or much take a prescribed path that takes 3-5+ years to get into something. Even here in Canada, trades tell you 5 years - and the Unions have a "wait list."

It does not take that long to became capable in something. A mastery? That takes time. But functional... all in the reach of folks.

Non trades, youth take on heavy debt loads -- or drain their parents to get a piece of paper that is so enchanted with propaganda and bull shit that it's better for wiping ones ass on than anything else.

Mentorship IMHO, need to come back in all jobs. Follow someone who knows the reality -- not some administrative person who may mean well, but only thickens costs and brings productivity to a halt.

People can help people faster than any system can in most cases. Due to our fragmented and isolated lives this doesn't happen as often as it should.

Hence, the folks who wake up to this and other wisdoms have a sort of responsibility to make the change needed -- to create human centric systems where we are not constantly humiliated or delayed from our potentials.
