This question about what do we DO, practically, always seems to assume a change to be made, an outcome to be achieved. How do we force the external world to shift from point A to point B?

This doesn't mean you withdraw from action and let the world burn. But it does mean that your actions are motivated by doing what's right, not because you hope to get what you want.
It means you work to secure dharma in the world, to be an instrument of God's will.
Sometimes it means losing on the material plane in order to gain a Victory on a higher plane. This is often a bitter pill to swallow and those who are still attached to outcomes will choke on it.
But this is what allows you to take on the most black-pilled situations, the most hopeless causes, and still fight with everything you have. And when people can do that, then we have a real chance for a miracle. Why?
Because that's when people will have created Golden Ages within their souls and then we will have the Menschenmaterial from which a better world can be born.
That is the ONLY path to lasting Victory. If you are content to win ground only to lose it and fight for it again with each generation, then continue focusing on material outcomes, but know that you are only passing the fight on to your children.

We are made of nutrients, water, salt, and energy from electricity, heat, and magnetism. The nutrients and resources form an integral part of collagen. Enzymes broke down food and water, and our cells used ancillary enzymes to speed up the production of cell essentials, brain essentials and body essentials from the food that was broken down.
Therefore, if a part of our body is malfunctioning because it is broken or it is jammed, commonsense requires that it should be repaired with what it is made of, which is, nutrients and resources. Pharmaceutical drugs and medical procedure are required for diagnostic purposes and for emergency procedures, not for health maintenance.
What people are not aware of is, nutrients do not just get into our cells regardless of the food we eat. They must first go through the small intestine through a process called assimilation. It is the nutrients that succeeded in filtering through the intestinal walls that will be circulated. Now that blood is circulating nutrients, the person must satisfy 16 conditions before nutrients can get into their cells. The following are the 16 conditions:
1 Blood pressure should neither be too low nor too high so that there will be enough pressure and power to push nutrients into the cytosol and the cytoplasm of each cell.
2 There must be a lot of thermal energy and electrolytes supplying electricity. Also, there must be the right salt to keep supplying cations for electricity. The amount of electricity that the sodium/potassium pump produces is inadequate.
3 DNA must be repaired, and DNA polymerase must be produced to repair DNA.
4 There must be enzyme activators to keep activating the enzymes that are produced.
5 HDL must be in the plasma membrane of every cell to facilitate cell permeability, and prevent cell lockdown.
6 The ancillary enzymes called permeases must be available to modify the structure of every nutrient so that many nutrients can penetrate the cells that need them.
7 The blood vessels, especially the capillaries, must be resilient so that pressure does not cause them to rupture.
8 The enzyme called oxidase must be produced to integrate oxygen into hemoglobin so that oxygen, the life giver and the life sustainer can be circulated. The person will be pale, or their skin will be purple or dark if they do not have enough oxygen. Then, they will be frail.
9 Serotonin must be produced to prevent depression or melancholy. It is serotonin that enhances the person’s determination to heal.
10 There must be a variety of ancillary enzymes to enable ribosomal RNA to produce serotonin and all the healing essentials. The other healing essentials include T cells that eat away tumors, killer cells that kill cancer cells and the invaders; macrophages that eat away dead cells and garbage to prevent pus formation; albumin that circulates hormones, TPP that converts mitochondrial energy to brain energy, and also converts electricity and cations to the resources that the cells can use to transmit and receive signals, etc.
11 The sick person must be nurtured because nurturance from loved ones, and from the caregiver, is indispensable to healing. Nurturance is energy transfer, specifically, positive energy.
For health restoration to be successful, the following additional measures must be taken:
1 Nothing should stop the nutrients, the resources, and the essentials from circulating. Stasis aka stagnation would be a violation of the first law of physics.

There has been at this unique Time within the present "Great Ending of Ages" throughout our Universe, another Mass Awakening of individuals everywhere, those who have had their own unique Awakening Experiences, experiences that have left their minds blown, their Worlds shaken, and yet their Hearts opened in ways that they were previously finding difficult to communicate with to others in their lives. Many of you can relate to this, as you have been through something similar in your own World, with your friends, family members and co-workers in this time of your Planetary Pandemic causing the "Great Awakening" that has occurred. This most recent "Mass Awakening" has tipped the scales to such an extent on Earth that your Collective Consciousness has further risen to a Higher Dimensional Frequency, one that will now not allow for certain erroneous dark thought forms to enter into the Consciousness of those who have now thus Awakened. However, there is still much work to be done, and those who have not yet truly "Awakened" are still slated to have their own experiences at a lower Dimensional level, ones that will be unique to them and that will eventually give them a layer of protection from those unwanted dark thought forms that have become such a menace in your World. For example, when an Awakened Soul realises that they are in fact an integral part of the Original Source, and thus of all others, then thoughts of jealousy of what someone else has, will not enter into a person's conscious mind. In order for there to be jealousy, there must first have occurred a "Separation" from feeling as being part of all others and Original Source. And when you realise that you are indeed a total part of Original Source, you know that what someone else has acquired that is of Great Good, or of Great Value, does in fact ultimately help to further enhance your own Life Experience. When you begin to recognise that all others are in fact an integral part of you, despite the former delusion of Separation that has existed so much in your present Reality, they can give you that inspiration, that knowing that you too can be living a Life of Freedom, Joy, Excitement and above all else, Unconditional Love. Therefore, you will no longer feel envy towards someone else's good or valuable experience. This is just one of the many dark thought forms that will no longer be able to make it into the Consciousness of the future "Awakened", and therefore already a ripple of this new experience in your lives has begun to subtly spread its influence as a useful lesson throughout the Galaxy and even further out into this Great Universe of ours. The beast can ascend into God, and become like God, a co creator of the reality. Part of God. Etc.
But the enslavers want to use the technology and systems of man, to replace man. It's why tech is so inferior to a fully developed man.
So the mark of the beast, is a duality concept under this thinking. Marked by Man. Do we degrade into our technology, or ascend with it?
Augmenting tech is worth creating. Think about shovels into tractors into the big claw diggers. Handy tech. Everyone can still use a shovel and advanced users can use the tech.
Replacement tech, this is the beast system. Replacing man with lesser things and keeping man from potential. Ex financial system, ai systems, and the whole concept of government.
