How meditation leads to the cessation of consciousness
Have you ever had something devastating happen to you that completely wrecked your model of the world? You might have been carrying around the idea ‘I can utterly and absolutely trust my friend’ and then that friend swindles you out of thousands of dollars. Or perhaps someone is comfortably carrying the idea that ‘she’d never cheat on me’ and then they stumble on their partner’s text messages.
These kinds of experiences may rapidly force the person to update their model of the world to include this information. ‘I was 100% sure that this type of person with this kind of relationship with me could never do something like that.’ That model would need to be updated to include new predictions. ‘Something that I thought could never happen happened, so perhaps my entire set of predictions of how humans will act is incorrect and I need to update my model of human behavior.’
Let’s not fixate on negative experiences leading to newly formed models of the world. What if someone goes from ‘no way I could ever make more than $2000 a month,’ and then they make $10,000 in a month with their new business? Their updated model of their capabilities within the world would no longer include such limitations and would include new, optimistic predictions.
What about something more mind blowing? Most people don’t walk around with their brain making predictions about how their actions are going to suddenly lead to their death. The thought that ‘I could die at any minute’ (I hope) rarely viscerally crosses the average person’s mind. Then they may experience an entirely unexpected near death experience. Though they may not be able to put it into words, a fundamental update to their model of the world would likely occur.
Here’s an excerpt from a 2013 paper on the positive mental shifts from Near Death Experiences (NDEs):
Regardless of their cause, NDEs can permanently and dramatically alter the individual experiencer’s attitudes, beliefs, and values. ... A recent review of research into the characteristic changes following NDEs found the most commonly reported to be loss of fear of death; strengthened belief in life after death; feeling specially favored by God; a new sense of purpose or mission; heightened self-esteem; increased compassion and love for others; lessened concern for material gain, recognition, or status; greater desire to serve others; increased ability to express feelings; greater appreciation of, and zest for, life; increased focus on the present; deeper religious faith or heightened spirituality; search for knowledge; and greater appreciation for nature.

The suggestion that everything is connected is correct, one need not the suggested butterfly effect - things are just connected.
What happens to you, happens to me, happens to us. We are all more connected than we give credit to. We turn instead to systems, hierarchy, power.. etc.. we cope or avoid each other. The each others around you, your family, clan, tribe, I'd even say culture.
It is possible to have unity as well as individuality. The collective of individuals. Not this hive mind, general public, normies? Etc.. not the swarm or the horde. The bonfire of dreams concept is many flames united into one. Not a surrender into that singular flame.
Consider this.. why should anyone surrender.. consent.. to outside forces?
It is the theorized lion vs wolf. The individual vs the pack. The pack is strong folks. This is the suggested horde / legion theory. "We are legion" is correct. There are few generals to solders though. The grip is tight but fragile. One just needs one able arm to begin to dismiss, like unwanted spider webs, to dismiss this nonsense in our reality.
So the masses, the wolves, blowing on the three little pigs.. they are not without potential for more if they make the choice. They can all be individuals, the suggested lions.. they are worth more than the pack offers. As with wolves and chickens, there is a pecking order. Look at our society, we have a pecking order. But it is a fraud, we do not have the most competent to task in critical positions. We have deliberate sabotage of society. Things could be so much better, and if only we knew how bad things really are..
To point though, we are impacted by all the above. It's a miserable mess from one lens. But, this folks is a great challenge. Perhaps the greatest ever.
In the face of terrible, brutal, heartless evil.. at least we go with a smile on our souls. In the face of this misery there are those who are still optimistic. They are sharing memes, recipes, tricks and tips, traumas and challenges.. this is a silent heroism, and from a humble approach I believe.
The outside, the below, the without.. yes that's a tricky mess. But the within, above, inside.. you control that. I control that. That's you, your consciousness. You are not alone, many folks like you are everywhere. But we are dispursed across this realm. We are together but apart.
As we all must hold the light, information, truth. We will flip the duality and ride the false light right into the real light.
Burn as bright as you can, help as much as you can. Help everyone the best you can. Should your flame go out, as this world turns there are painful realities about the threat against man. So unt you go out, any of us.. we are not the lost and the damned. We're the only way. The narrow path that is laid so broadly.

One day in our world is one year inside the chamber.
It is considered the "room of spirit and time," and I can see this in how our dreams function. We are outside of time, and effectively our spirit only in our dreams.
We are not taught how to interact with this experience, but some do take the time and effort to understand and then influence the dream.
I've written about my dreams before here, and I now have dreams I can guide or push. Or generate the dream I want. Turning this lately towards learning and running scenarios.
When I get fed external dreams, I am able to derail them and the dream gets terminated. When I take control of my dreams, I can drive them as above.
Lucid dreamers, Astral projection, and other methods may all be means to take control and use the spiritual outside of time features to train and coach the self for the physical reality.
And thus deep sleep, rem sleep, may be Bad for us, does that "slack" or deep ease then allow for external factors to drive our dreams more?
Could light sleep, between 10 and 2am to which I understand is a natural time period to generate chemicals in the brain that heal.. could that be better for us instead?
In forgotten realms, the "Drow" race has a term called "reverie" which is a sort of mediation rather than a deep sleep. This is enough for them to rest and feel refreshed without going completely unconscious.

I've written about the idea a few times. It also makes rational sense to me.
Just like how the normies cannot be woken up, they are stuck in the material attachment loop. Attachment to the ego. There may be souls here whove been trapped the suggested 26,000 years.
Imagine that they had to be woken up outside of here? How many would go insane.. they could be mind wiped but then their personalities would be gone.
So is the world then reset periodically to "harvest" souls who wake up and remember who they are. The asleep, npc, etc.. get culled and loaded up for another round to try and pull them from the attachments.. while the awake go back to reality outside of here.
Thus specialized souls, the custodian guard, are the "parasite" rulers here.. running the noscript.. and some "light workers" are inserted to improve the harvest. As perhaps the reality is failing.. after so many reruns?..
I've also wondered if some of the awakened souls were previously on "the other side" and may have flipped to this one to restore balance to the harvest cycles..
Maybe the whole notion of Satan and the 1/3rd "falling" was a split in the agreed upon plan to liberate the souls here..

Two possibilities I see here.
One is you have people who have a soul that is too big for their human machine. So they're busting at the seems, which may manifest in unique behavior or abilities.
Two you could have greater souls divided amongst multiple bodies. This is suggested in the hidden hand interview that Lucifer is spread amongst a number of bodies because he is an advanced soul, much like Jesus. Both are advanced souls from paradise where Creator God resides. Though Lucifer may still be progressing to paradise, where as Jesus left the side of Creator God to come here to help out earth.
A third consideration too is as much as we have blood type, there may be soul types. So mismatch of body to soul could again there lead to complications in operations.
It is also possible that there are people with no souls, even theoretically entire races or groups of people. Like imagine that the soul fountain was turned off, and no more new souls could attend earth due to the theorized quarantine of the realm.
Thus the idea that some people are here to help earth, and it is projected that we are here in "Hell" trapped with the demons but the inversion may be true - they are here trapped with us, those who represent the light.

I must say openly, this only angers me. This possibility of the reality only fills me with smouldering rage, infinite rage. Timeless rage. Perhaps even hatred. Not a submissive hatred though, can't do that, rather a infinitely burning flame of hatred. A hatred towards what has been done here to people, this matrix, this reality.. whatever it truly is..
Why this.. why this test, or outcome, or progression of experiences?
THIS?... this is the best that could be done.. for whatever outcome is desired by those in control.. for while I do control my immediate reality there are those who pull at the levers and switches that influence the greater reality.
Clearly.. unfathomably evil.
What's there gain? That's another topic for another musing.
So we have this reality, to teach us lessons.. and perhaps that is needed. I do not have the rules to this game of life, nor any clarity on how it should function.
What I see? Is total garbage. Pathetic, garbage. How could one be in charge of this place and be proud of the outcomes? Or even feel like you did a good job?..
So we are to then excuse the parasite elite.. oh they are teaching us a lesson, or they are characters in our movie.. such nonsense.. all submission. Even the religious exits require submission, the narrow path, worship, the chosen people.
I want nothing to do with any of that. If that gets my soul deleted in the end times, then that is what it is. What a waste to even spool me up into this reality, could such hyper intellectual, omni knowing beings not know that? Did I know not know that before all this began?
What a waste of everyone's time.
This reality has gone too far, and may the Creator God unmake it — it does teach but at what cost?... was this the only way to show souls lessons? To humble.. humiliate them?..
This experiment may have some productive outcomes, but I would give no praise to the architect. Perhaps that original maker has failed, and helpers have come from elsewhere to save what this was intended to be..

To whomever controls this realm.. you're a failure.
Fix it, or others will. Not with Love, nor with Hate. They will just make things better, they will add where you have decided to remove.

The sci fi world, developed in 1984 by Games Workshop, a realm called warhammer 40,000.
In that world there is the concept of the warp, the un-reality that all sentient emotion manifests. There are beings called the Chaos God's.
Khrone, God of Battle, warriors, murder.. skulls for his skulking throne.
Tzeentch, the changer of ways. Who lives beyond the infinite maze and is the great manipulator.
Nurgle, the God of undeath. Life is sort of also in his portfolio as his followers are spared death from his disease and plagues.
Slannesh, the God of pleasure. This figure is basically Baal/Satan. Perversion, perfection of the material. He is the youngest God, and is half man half goat with one pec and one tit.
These are the 4 main God's in that setting.
They are fueled by the psychic potential of conscious beings. And lead many into temptation, giving demon hood, making a mortal a demon prince/cess if they appease the God's.
All 4 are locked in an eternal conflict.

There is NO way out the thinking BOX from the thinking box.
Just like in Dante's Divine Comedy, Virgil ( Dante's reason) guides him for a part of his Journey but eventually Dante has to let go of him. ( He transcends REASON) .
The Mind is not Aware of itself.

He sees clearly the horrors, monstruosity of the world he " lives" in. Eventually, lying to himself comes to an end...then slowly navigates himself via-negativa...stripping the layers to reveal the SOUL.
