TURKEYE MARKET NEWS:
The price of polypropylene in Turkey has reached its highest level.
The price of IR polypropylene in Turkey is $1,600 per ton of CFR and $1,550 to $1,560 per ton of Turkish CPT.
Saudi and IR, PP fiber are $1,600 and $1,630 per ton in CFR Turkey and $1,600-1,620 per ton in CPT Turkey, respectively.
Saudi producers have also offered injection grade polypropylene at a price of $1,600 to $1,620 per ton CFR Turkey.

Review of the urea market in the past weeks
Comparing the price of urea in the week ending August 11 compared to the week ending August 4 shows that the price of urea peril has increased in the Black Sea, the Baltic Sea, the Middle East, Brazil, and the eastern coast of Mexico. This week in Croatia and Romania, as well as in India, prices have not changed, and prices have decreased in China and Southeast Asia.
Granular urea has also increased in price in most key parts of the world, including the Baltic Sea and Black Sea, the Middle East, Egypt, Algeria, North Africa and Nigeria, Southeast Asia, Venezuela, Mexico and Brazil, and has faced a slight decrease in price in Iran and China. Prices of urea granules in India have not changed.

The increase in the price of natural gas in Europe to the highest level in history European gas prices have tripled (!) since the beginning of the year. Hot and dry air quickly dries up rivers and makes it difficult to transport coal and oil. This forces power companies to use more gas. Meanwhile, Russian pipeline gas flows are weak.
