This is a Magisk version, so it could be installed after Magisk Installed. If you using the the older Magisk version, you could install it like an update from magisk. If you want to changes from system to magisk version, please flash it in this kind of order:
> Wipe > Rom > Reboot > Magisk > [Magisk]WeebGApps
