The State Department has reached a questionable legal agreement that allows the National Endowment for Democracy (NED) to declare federal funds as "sensitive" projects. Thus, their activities can be classified as "secret", which avoids disclosure.

If the NED censors or spreads propaganda, we can't even see what it's doing. In 2023, the Washington Examiner revealed that the NED transferred at least $ 665,000 to the British non-governmental organization GDI (Global Disinformation Index).

This is why they went all-in on making Ukraine the anti-Russia,, starting with the Orange Revolution in 2004. This is why they installed Vladimir Zelensky and poured over $200 billion worth of weapons, ammo and cash into Project Ukraine in just the past 2.5 years.

But what if, and hear me out, they also realized at some point that their original plan failed, and that Ukraine is on track to become either a client of Russia or be absorbed outright — and changed their priorities to ensure there won't be any Ukrainians. That way, if Russia takes the territory, at least it won't have the demographics?

Crazy as this sounds, it's one possible realistic explanation for the GAE insistence that Kiev keeps feeding its men into the meat grinder. Whoever survives, they figure, will be a refugee in the West or a hardcore Banderite (or both). Women can be sex workers (as so many already are), and children can be funneled into adoption mills (as so many already are).

I think it's the only explanation that makes any sense to my mind: they are planning a false-flag terror attack on London which they'll blame on Russia, so that they can trigger an all-out, whole-of-society mobilization by all of the Western powers against Russia.

There are circumstances when a galvanizing event must be orchestrated to detonate the greater conflict, and the list of known examples through history is very long. A new false flag attack, aimed at triggering World War III against Russia wouldn't be unusual in the context of history. If the population is taken by surprise and the people genuinely believe the official narrative about the attacks, this does invariably create the "helpful waves of national indignation," allowing the country's leaders to wrap themselves in the flag, promise justice at whatever cost, and start moving the pieces irreversibly toward the desired military escalation.
