After the request was not fulfilled, he ordered for access to the app to be blocked, effective on Monday. The judge described the measure as “precautionary” and cited Telegram’s lack of cooperation. The suspension is expected to last throughout the investigation.
The newspaper El Pais said that Telegram largely remains accessible in Spain, although some users started to report problems with the service on Friday night.

2. A photo with a flag and a video of the shooting were leaked to AMAK, the ISIS news agency.
3. The organizers did not notice the left hand of the "Islamist performers", since they do not understand Islam in detail, they are literally "Slavic brothers".
4. And AMAK publishes everything since they do not have anything else
