The European Commission (EC) is considering proposals to extend the list of the most serious EU-wide crimes that require a standardised, bloc-wide policing and judicial response to include “hate speech”.

Understood in this context, one of the more alarming proposals put forward by the panel is for the EC to update and expand the common definition of “illegal hate speech” to better criminalise certain undesirable forms of speech.

“A new, comprehensive definition is crucial for making the spread of illegal hate speech a criminal offense prosecutable across all EU Member States,” the document suggests, before explaining that this adaptation “will ensure that all forms of hate speech are uniformly recognised and penalised, reinforcing our commitment to a more inclusive and respectful society.

For so-called “Euro-crimes” of this kind, the European Parliament and the EC have the power to establish minimum rules concerning the definition of criminal offences and sanctions, which member states must then integrate into their own legal systems.

Anna Neistat, the legal director of the Clooney Foundation's Docket Project, says that the criminal code of some European countries has an article on "spreading war propaganda."

The foundation notes that it is preparing requests to initiate proceedings in countries where such norms exist. If an arrest warrant is issued, journalists will be detained throughout Europe by the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Cooperation (Europol).

Read that again: Journalists will be detained by Europol.

But wait there's more - the names of journalists to be prosecuted are not disclosed, so a person may travel to said European country, unaware that there is an arrest warrant out for them.

The foundation says they are "the most obvious Russian propagandists, the most prominent among them" but will not name who.

A group of military and intelligence people who advise about war and terrorism. They were in charge.

So to answer the unasked question: Where did the 6ft distancing rule “appear” from? It was determined by the group in charge of pandemic response policy — the National Security Council.

Was it based on public health or science? No. It was based on the NSC’s lockdown-until-vaccine policy. It was meant to keep everyone terrified and everything shut down until the application of the miraculous mRNA countermeasures.

Comparing 2024 deaths with those in 2022 and 2023, it would appear that death rates are “within range” and there is nothing to see. However, the failure to account for typical death rates prior to the “pandemic” is obfuscating the ongoing excess deaths.

January and February 2024 both have the second highest recorded monthly deaths, second only to the same months in 2022.

The age-group breakdowns show the ongoing mortality patterns. Males aged 0-44 had their highest ever monthly deaths of 432 in February 2024, though this is about equal high with February 2023 once the leap year is accounted. Males aged 75-84 had their highest monthly deaths to date in January 2024. February deaths may still rise further with late registrations.

Women fared worse in 2024: females aged 65-74 had their highest ever death rate in February 2024, even accounting for the leap year, and females aged 75-84 had highest ever monthly deaths in both January and February 2024.
