Several large (100,000+) German-language Telegram channels are telling how they are being shadowbanned, often in lockstep with a similar ban on X. This is a new trend the last month. In some cases, the shadowbanning only apples to users with German-phone numbers, in other cases the censorship is global.

Expect Telegram to any time start bowing to demands from other governments - the UK, US and Australia are itching to censor. This does not promise well for the use of Telegram to promote a free exchange of ideas during next "pandemic".

✅ Morales was then accused of rape & pedophilia charges, which many supporters say are bogus to keep him from running.

✅ Social movements supporting Evo have been facing off against the state military and police for months.

✅ An attempt was made on Morale’s life. Arce had changed the military high command on Saturday night.

What’s obvious is the fracture within Bolivia’s MAS provides a strong weakness for the movement & a huge opportunity for the US.

EU regulation means the end of the printed book and independent publishing houses

With the new EU regulation EUDR - EU 2023/1115, officially on the "Regulation on Deforestation-free Products" an avalanche of bureaucracy is rolling towards publishers, which will be mandatory from December 30, 2024. Books made of paper are now considered an "ecosystem hazard." For each individual copy, publishers must provide guarantees of origin, geo–coordinates of timber extraction, detailed supplier information and a certificate of "deforestation-free" - these are requirements that are almost impossible to meet and will hit especially small publishers massively.

Authors and publishers are thus forced to overcome bureaucratic hurdles that threaten their existence. However, large media companies with links to the paper industry (such as the Bonnier Group) remain unaffected. For independent authors and small publishers, the law is likely to be the death knell, since no one can afford to document such massive amounts of evidence.

According to industry experts, the regulation is in fact aimed at thinning out the book market and promoting monopolization to a few, financially strong players.

If you don't believe me, just read the latest report on the EU military and civil preparedness, prepared by former Finnish President Sauli Niinistö and presented to EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen on Wednesday. If you live in a EU country you are supposed to think and act like a prepper, because apparently you are at risk - epidemics, war, climate change, cyberattacks, disinformation... are all bundled together to justify totalitarian measures and divert huge chunks of the budget to privileged sectors such as the military-intelligence-information-industrial complex.

The report also includes plans for greater intelligence cooperation – a controversial topic given national spy agencies’ tight grip on security issues. Niinistö calls to “strengthen EU intelligence structures step-by-step towards a fully-fledged EU service for intelligence cooperation.” To respond to "hybrid threats such as disinformation" the authors of the report recommend a ‘naming and shaming’ approach (nothing new here, critical voices have already been censored and labelled 'Russian agents', 'anti-semitic', 'climate change deniers', etc), "rapid attribution and the public use of intelligence to place hybrid actors on the backfoot, preventing or disrupting their malicious plans." Big Brother would approve. Fearmongering and scapegoating will be ramped up. We're Ripped-Off (So BAD) By The Military-Industrial Complex

Nicholas Hulscher, an epidemiologist and fellow at the McCullough Foundation suggested the North American initiative might become a surrogate for the pandemic treaty if ongoing negotiations fail.

“The WHO is struggling to get member states to agree on their pandemic treaty,” he said. “The North American Preparedness for Animal and Human Pandemics Initiative seems to closely resemble the ‘goals’ of the WHO treaty, thus providing a ‘failsafe’ for North America if negotiations continue to fail.”

Hulscher claimed the initiative would officially enshrine public health measures first introduced during the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Since the COVID-19 pandemic began, the necessary constructs have been created to facilitate vaccine passports. They will be able to quickly enact these measures for the ‘next pandemic’ using the same systems,” Hulscher said.

The HHS report also suggests the new initiative should adopt “a more systematic approach” to tackle the “infodemic” — referring to purported “misinformation” and “disinformation” on health-related topics.
