I understand this time of year is not only amazing, happy and festive.

But that it can be the most difficult time of the year for many. A time when you reflect, miss those you love, those who are not with you and those we have lost.

Please be kind to one another, take time for yourself, reach out to friends and to professional services if needed.

Look after one another, and don't compare what you're going through to others, we are all individuals with individual circumstances. Embrace each other's differences.
