So Kenosha has approximately 200 officers + 125 National guard. They are not all going to be used at once, but having folks on the ground taking counts of how many officers and reporting in will be helpful in managing how many officers are on reserve so actions can take place elsewhere in the city. See small city's like Kenosha cannot efficiently manage protests by themselves because of their small forces. We can keep tabs on how many cops and guard are on the ground
