JUST IN - AMERICAN RAPPER AARON CARTER IS DEAD AT 34
The singer-turned-rapper and actor was found dead Saturday at his house in Lancaster, CA ... multiple sources tell us Aaron's body was found in his bathtub. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ they received a 911 call at 11 AM Saturday that a male had drowned in the tub.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... homicide detectives have been dispatched to the scene, but we have no information or evidence of foul play. It's standard operating procedure for homicide detectives to investigate such death scenes.

Aaron had tons of legal and substance abuse issues over the years ... infamously going on "The Doctors" a couple years ago and talking about all the pills he was taking. He also went to rehab numerous times.

DESANTIS SOUNDS ALARM ON CHINESE FIRM'S PURCHASE OF 1,400 ACRES OF FLORIDA LAND FOR 'PRIMATE RESEARCH'
An American subsidiary of Chinese firm JOINN Laboratories purchased 1,400 acres of land in the Sunshine State. The land is currently zoned as "Forestry/Rural Residential," which means it would have to be rezoned if the proposed facility were to be built.

In a statement to the Epoch Times on Thursday, DeSantis' office explained that he "has been consistently opposed to the Chinese Communist Party's growing influence in Florida," adding that, "this proposed facility is a prime example of the type of activity that we are acting to prohibit."

"There have already been instances of Chinese Communist Party-affiliated companies purchasing land near military bases in other states," a press release stated, "including Grand Forks Air Force Base in North Dakota. Florida is home to 21 military bases from every branch of the armed forces, and while the state has allocated money to purchase land nearest to some of these bases to increase security perimeters, more needs to be done to protect our domestic national security assets."
