Hundreds of thousands of German people have demonstrated throughout the summer and fall of 2020, some protesters compared their struggle to anti-Nazi resistance; which led Germany’s Foreign Minister Heiko Maas to bristle.

Forensic analysis of official data convinced the court that the epidemic situation that was used to justify the lockdown laws does not exist. The judge ruled that the government lacked sufficient legal grounds to impose the restrictions since there was no “epidemic situation of national importance.” He declared that the measures were an attack on the “foundations of our society.”

An 11-year-old boy shot himself during a zoom class, and a teenager in Maine succumbed to the isolation of the pandemic. Anthony Orr, 18, drove his car into a parking lot and ended his life in August after experiencing a disrupted senior year.

TENNESSEE - 150 MISSING CHILDREN HAVE BEEN RECOVERED
After a months-long operation, the United States Marshals Service, Tennessee Department of Children’s Services, and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation recovered 150 missing children across the state (these appear to be individual cases)

"Operation Volunteer Strong" started in the fall of 2020. During two-week blitzes in each of Tennessee’s three regions, investigators said 150 of the 240 missing children that were the focus of this effort, were recovered -- ranging in age from 3 to 17-years-old. [ Article ]

"Authorities" said yesterday that 270 of the girls were recovered, and that the initial number 317 was a mistake. Either that, or 47 girls never made it back.

This seems to be the norm in Nigeria. On Saturday, 24 students, six staff and eight relatives were released after being abducted on February 17 from the Science College Kagara. In December, more than 300 schoolboys from a secondary school in Kankara, were taken and later released. This has been going on for years! In April 2014, 276 girls were abducted by the jihadist rebels of Boko Haram from their school in Chibok. More than 100 of those girls were never seen again. [ Article ]

FOLLOW UP ON THE FATAL ACCIDENT IN SOCAL: HUMAN SMUGGLING FROM MEXICO
15 dead, others injured after an SUV with 27 people in it (that's not a typo) collided with big rig in SoCal.

This SUV was part of a 2-car caravan carrying more than 40 migrants across the border illegally. Surveillance footage showed they came through a hole cut into SoCal's older border fence.

The other vehicle carrying 19 people had caught fire for unknown reasons after entering the U.S. All escaped the vehicle and were taken into custody by Border Patrol agents. (and probably released)

The Expedition crammed with 25 people continued on, before being struck by the big rig soon after. 10 of 13 that were killed were Mexican citizens. Border Patrol said they weren't pursuing the vehicle before the crash. [ Article ]

ALABAMA SENATE VOTES 23-4 TO MAKE TRANSGENDER HORMONE THERAPY & SURGERY FOR YOUTH A FELONY
Under the new law, transgender youth in Alabama could not be treated with puberty-blockers, hormone therapy or surgery. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 The state Senate voted to make the treatment a felony on Tuesday. 

Senators voted 23-4 to approve the measure, dubbed the Vulnerable Child Compassion and Protection Act, sponsored by Republican Senator Shay Shelnutt. The bill now heads to the state House of Representatives, which has already approved a companion bill. 

Any medical professional that tries to treat transgender minors under the age of 19 with puberty blockers or surgery will face up to 10 years in prison and/or a $15,000 fine. [ Article ]
