NATO aviation, during it's first wave of aggression against our country, hit targets in: Priština, Kušuma, Užice, Danilovgrad, Novi Sad, Pančevo, and Podgorica [now Montenegro] - we are unofficially hearing from military sources. During the attack, the air spaces of Croatia, Hungary and Albania were used, military sources say,

This was also broadcast on analog satellite - which is how I watched it - in Kuwait, already a refugee, mere hours later the signal was taken offline - by bombs. And people worry about shadow bans.

There were several attempts to take RTSsat off the air, including the bombing of Avala Tower, and culminating in the bombing of the actual RTS offices, in downtown Belgrade - because "control and command node" - Jamie Shea. However, every time they would take it off the air, soon it would be back up, the first night it came back, the conspiracy theorists at RTS played "Wag the Dog" [trailer and "there is no war" scene] .

In 1965, Zoran Radosavljević, a major and pilot in the Yugoslav Air Force, was born in Pristina. He died defending the country during the NATO aggression against Serbia in 1999.

On this day, March 26, 1999 , two days after the bombing began, Colonel Slobodan Perić and his colleague Zoran Radosavljević received the order to take off. That day, Major Radosavljević was killed , while Colonel Perić survived and never forgot the death of his friend.

Zoran Radosavljević was posthumously awarded the Medal for Courage. The main street in Batajnica today proudly bears the name of Major Zoran Radosavljević. In honor of pilot Zoran Radosavljević, a memorial sailing regatta is held that bears his name - Zoki's Regatta.

🧿 I don't update you all on every 'anniversary' that is marked during the 78 days of the NATO bombing of Serbia in 1999, then [still a fragmented rump of the original] Yugoslavia, as there would be several posts about it a day; but here is one that is not often mentioned.

On this day in 1999, during two attacks on Kuršumlija, NATO aircraft killed 13 civilians, while damaging around 500 buildings and other structures, including the 12th-century monasteries of the Holy Virgin and St. Nicholas.

We do not forget!

👆🏻As I read it before posting - I recall "collateral damage", the term used (and possibly invented) to justify the wanton slaughter of my compatriot civilians, of all ages, by the likes of Shea and Solana, I was already 15 at the time.
