On this day in 1999, during two attacks on Kuršumlija, NATO aircraft killed 13 civilians, while damaging around 500 buildings and other structures, including the 12th-century monasteries of the Holy Virgin and St. Nicholas.

In particular I am interested in the edit history of this page regarding the alternate meaning of "government" with "govern" as control, and "ment" as mind, aka "mind control". If you consider this to be an incorrect etymology please state why instead of deleting the discussion page, there is room on the discussion page for all views.

🧿 As a former Manager - and an Economist of sorts, I got the 'heebie-jeebies' when I saw what the 'Trump admin' presented as their "hit" of reciprocity with Trumpian mega-extra-special-fairness-discount tariffs.
So, with some help from chat on finding a source with the complete list - I re-aranged this into something more legible; you're welcome - it's rough and not as colorful but you can at least make some sense of it.
PDF in comment - 😉 ask if you want the .xls or .csv in order to further segment them by categories, blocks, empires and the like.
I can now confirm there is no Russia on the list.
