Lyudmila has always tried to stay out of the spotlight. But after six years of marriage, the cat is out of the bag. A 180 thousand views on Telegram, more than 40 thousand on VK in the last few days. So, I guess I might as well share this video with my friends...

Please allow me to introduce my soul, my Angel, the love of my life, the reason I am still alive and (relatively) sane - my wife, the legendary and beautiful Angel, Lyudmila Bentley.

One thing the vid got wrong though - we do not yet have a son. We were waiting for the war to be over before we brought children into the world. But it looks like the war may never end, so we might as well get busy. We do not plan to have a son, we are planning on twins. And we will name them Larry and Busi...


💞 I fell in love with the Russian soul and borscht: an American found his love in the Donbass

Russell Bentley knew only three Russian words when he came to fight on the side of the Donbass militias. At that time he was already 54 years old, he served in the army behind him. In the US, he left his job, home, car and favorite motorcycle. In the Donbass, the militia was baptized. And my future wife helped me catch up with the Russian language. Russell fell in love with Lyudmila, and it turned out to be mutual. The couple have been together for six years and have a son.

🧿 In November last year I had the privilege to spend 8 days with Texac and Lyudmila. Having been invited into their home to live with them for my short stay. Having been around them 24/7 I can assure you they are as much in love as they look on those wedding photos, if not more.

A truly symbiotic and inspiring couple, full of kindness, love and empathy, for each other, as well as the world as a whole.

Glad I can talk about Lyudmila now, she was responsible for organizing me the trip with the Narodna Diplomatija - Peoples Diplomacy humanitarian workers, among many other things.

🧿Soviet ship Kosmonavt Yuriy Gagarin «Космона́вт Ю́рий Гага́рин», painting at The Memorial Museum of Cosmonautics.

The ship was completed in December 1971 to support the Soviet space program. The ship also conducted upper atmosphere and outer space research.

In 1986, Kosmonavt Yuriy Gagarin was the world's largest communications ship and was the flagship of a fleet of communications ships. These ships greatly extended the tracking range when the orbits of cosmonauts and unmanned missions were not over the USSR.

🧿 The Yugoslav Wars, (aka "the Breakup of Yugoslavia") during the 1990s was a turbulent time in the Balkans.

Monica Lewinski was trending before trending was a thing and these were the years when a defining moment in International Law happened, during the Illegal 1999 NATO aggression against Yugoslavia.

We were in that cafe with the yellow sign in the moment of GRAD shelling. We really thank to the stаff and the owner for bringing all the customers to the basement!

🧿 I was lucky when I visited, even though there was constant incoming artillery during my 8 days in Donetsk in November of last year, it was not as intense as it has become since then. GRAD rockets I was fortunate enough not to hear.

The most important part of the whole story is the unwavering spirit of the people of Donetsk and the DPR in general. To have been subjected to this on a daily basis, for 8 YEARS, and to continue to live, love and not leave, shows the strength of their spirit.

It also draws attention to the constant shelling of civilian targets by the nazi NATO / Ukrainian regime.

These are not random or rare occurrences, they are regularly and deliberately executed attacks meant to terrorize the civilian population.

And that's not even taking into account the "butterfly mines" that we've discussed often.

Terrorist does note even begin to cover it; ironic taking into consideration the recent videos that have surfaced of ISIL (*Daaesh) fighters with their black flag patches on the side of Ukrainistan.
