Odious debt, also known as illegitimate debt, is a legal theory in international law which states that the national debt incurred by a despotic regime should not be enforceable.0 It is when a country's government changes and the successor government does not want to pay debts incurred by the previous government on ostensibly moral grounds such as misappropriation of money.1 The Soviet state repudiated tsarist debt in 1921 using a similar rationale and legal scholars subsequently elaborated this doctrine of “odious” by arguing that sovereign debt should not be transferable to a successor government if it was incurred without consent.2
This was rich. Its no surprise on the democrats aisle they don't know the constitution. Surprise!!! Its the failure to know that conjures fear. The fear induces their authoritarian ways. They are so infantile in thinking. Why do they have NO wisdom around them?

The Medicare data that the CDC never shows the public makes this crystal clear. I wonder what public benefit there is of hiding this data.
