If I were to just simply change the name of a product, even if it was the same stuff, I'd have to go through another approval process and get another SKU, even if the same blend was approved before.

And technically my new brand name product "wouldn't have been made yet", even though the cocktail within the product had already made and used.

And BioNTech is the company listed on the BLA approval because only one gets the license, they contract with Pfizer for the mRNA manufacturing/distribution rights.

I think people running around so fast to say "it was never approved!" might need to pump the brakes.

Federal NYC Lockup Where Jeffrey Epstein Killed Himself to Close ‘At Least Temporarily'

The U.S. government said Thursday it is shutting down an embattled federal jail in New York City after a slew of problems that came to light following Jeffrey Epstein’s suicide there two years ago.

The federal Bureau of Prisons said the Metropolitan Correctional Center will be closed at least temporarily to address issues that have long plagued the facility, including lax security and crumbling infrastructure.

The facility, in a complex of government buildings in lower Manhattan, currently has 233 inmates, down from a normal population of 600 inmates or more. Most of them are expected to be transferred to a federal jail in Brooklyn.
