JUST IN: Honolulu's mayor announces vaccine segregation system effective September 13.

97% of those deaths have had an average of 4-comorbidities according to the CDC.

Governor David Ige announced a "successful vaccination program" on July 30, 2021 after 60% of residents were fully vaccinated.

One month later, the average daily cases are 351% higher than the previous all time high in 2020.
