There’s a very awake segment of the US population that is pushing back against constitutional overreaches by the federal government, and the judiciary is ruling on the side of the Constitution when lawsuits by the people are presented in court. We the People are making significant progress in changing election laws to make it difficult to cheat, and we are having real sweeping victories in court (see Roe v Wade overturned, 2A victories, Chevron v NRDC overturned). We also stand poised to elect the most constitutionally sensitive legislators ever sent to Congress - in a historic majority.
But none of this works if We the People do not participate in our government and elect representatives that respect the Constitution. That means work and that means voting - and it means constant vigilance.
This fight will never be over. We can never quit.
Because liberty is only one election away from extinction.

Previously known as the 915th Cyber Warfare Battalion, the unit, which belongs to Army Cyber Command, provides tactical, on-the-ground cyber operations — mostly through radio-frequency effects — electronic warfare and information operations. The unit will help plan tactical operations for commanders and conduct missions in coordination with deployed forces. It consists of several expeditionary cyber and electromagnetic activities (CEMA) teams that are scalable and will maneuver with units and conduct operations on the ground for commanders.”

COG, It wasn’t developed by the Bush family though. It was perfected and enacted by the Bush admin. Specifically, Cheney… it took decades to build up to where Cheney and the Bush admin could take advantage of it. I would argue that COG is not the issue.

You can’t have COG without the national emergency. The National Emergency is the abuse of power. That was also perfected and slowly turned into a weapon for the EOP to abuse. The ease that the national emergency can be called is scary….
