The XDC Network has introduced XDC Surge, a $10M incentive initiative to strengthen DeFi liquidity and adoption.

Liquidity providers on Curve Finance, XSwap Protocol, and Oku can now earn XDC or LST-XDC rewards — all tracked transparently in real time via the XDC Engagement Hub.

Surge will expand to lending, derivatives, and more; setting new benchmarks for DeFi innovation on XDC.

In a landmark move for institutional blockchain adoption, XDC Ventures, the investment arm of the XDC Network, has acquired Contour Network, a leading digital trade-finance platform backed initially by HSBC, Standard Chartered, Citi, DBS, and other global banks.

This acquisition strengthens XDC Network’s position as the premier Layer-1 for real-world asset tokenization, stable-coin settlements, and institutional cross-border trade.

The newly launched Stable-Coin Lab will focus on regulated pilots with banks and corporates, enabling programmable, near real-time LC settlements, treasury optimization, and compliance-aligned innovation — powered by the XDC Network and Circle USDC.
