This channel showcases a list of all the groups under Xiaomeme - network of groups and federation.

What is this regarding? It's a community spread across various groups, each belonging to a particular device to encourage the use of open-source software or in technical terms, custom ROMs as opposed to closed source manufacturer (OEM) software. For example, Samsung phones ship with OneUI which is OEM software.

Custom ROMs contain very little to no proprietary components. Besides, custom ROMs are open source, which means anyone can view the code of the entire OS and understand how it works. Whereas, manufacturers produce closed source software that may contain proprietary components which may include adware or even spyware.
