These changes, allegedly made in the name of security, have instead restricted users’ access and flexibility. Even more concerning is the fact that feedback from experts has been ignored, censored, or outright blocked, raising suspicions about the true intent behind these actions.
Regarding the addition of suspicious text in the repository denoscription, we want to clarify that we never requested to be included on that page, nor do we gain any benefit from its presence. Our panels are designed to be fully open-source and accessible. We hold ourselves accountable to the needs and requests of our users, not to groups that do not actually use our tools. Our mission is to remove limitations, not to create new ones; we only consider adding restrictions when it does not harm the dependencies or needs of our users.
