Hier die vorgeschlagenen Änderungen zusammengefasst:

1. Änderung des Charakters der Weltgesundheitsorganisation von einer beratenden Organisation, die lediglich Empfehlungen ausspricht, zu einem Leitungsorgan, dessen Erklärungen rechtlich bindend wären. (Artikel 1)

2. Den Geltungsbereich der Internationalen Gesundheitsvorschriften stark ausweiten, um Szenarien einzubeziehen, die lediglich das "Potenzial haben, die öffentliche Gesundheit zu beeinträchtigen".

3. Die "Achtung vor der Würde, den Menschenrechten und den Grundfreiheiten der Menschen" soll aufgehoben werden. (Artikel 3)

4. Dem Generaldirektor der WHO die Kontrolle über die Produktionsmittel durch einen "Zuteilungsplan für Gesundheitsprodukte" zu geben, um die entwickelten Vertragsstaaten zu verpflichten, Produkte für die Pandemieabwehr nach Vorschrift zu liefern. (Artikel 13a)

5. Geben Sie der WHO die Befugnis, medizinische Untersuchungen, den Nachweis der Prophylaxe, den Nachweis des Impfstoffs und die Durchführung von Kontaktverfolgung, Quarantäne und BEHANDLUNG zu verlangen. (Artikel 18)

👉 Die 76. Weltgesundheitsversammlung findet von Sonntag, 21. Mai 2023, bis Dienstag, 30. Mai 2023, statt. Damit die vorgeschlagenen Änderungen auf der 76. Weltgesundheitsversammlung berücksichtigt werden können, müssen sie der Weltgesundheitsorganisation mindestens vier Monate im Voraus vorgelegt werden.

Here is a summary of the proposed changes:

1. Changing the character of the World Health Organization from an advisory organization that only makes recommendations to a governing body whose statements would be legally binding. (Article 1)

2. Greatly expand the scope of the International Health Regulations to include scenarios that merely "have the potential to adversely affect public health".

3. "Respect for the dignity, human rights and fundamental freedoms of people" should be abolished. (Article 3)

4. Giving the Director-General of WHO control over the means of production through a "Health Product Allocation Plan" to oblige developed States Parties to supply products for pandemic response as required. (Article 13a)

5. Empower WHO to require medical screening, proof of prophylaxis, proof of vaccine, and conduct contact tracing, quarantine and TREATMENT. (Article 18)

6. Implementation of a system of global health certificates in digital or paper form, including test certificates, vaccine certificates, prophylaxis certificates, recovery certificates, passenger locator forms and a declaration of health status of the traveller. (Articles 18, 23, 24, 27, 28, 31, 35, 36 and 44 and Appendices 6, 7 and 😍

7. Diverting unspecified billions of dollars into the pharmaceutical hospital emergency industrial complex without accountability. (Article 44A)

8. Allow the sharing of personal health information. (Article 45)

9. Significantly expand the World Health Organization's ability to censor what it sees as misinformation and disinformation. (Appendix 1, page 36)

10. Creation of an obligation to set up, provide and maintain a personnel infrastructure at the points of entry. (Appendix 10)

👉 The 76th World Health Assembly will take place from Sunday 21 May 2023 to Tuesday 30 May 2023. In order for the proposed changes to be considered at the 76th World Health Assembly, they must be submitted to the World Health Organization at least four months in advance.
