2019 June- A call for policy reform

I am writing in good faith that the people who make the final, affective decisions about account 'punishments', for violations of all kinds; including policy infringements (up to and including multi account permanent termination ); will consider these suggestions logically valid and receive them with piety.
It would be greatly appreciated by nearly all account holders if said complaint department would handle matters of serious policy infringements with shrewd accuracy and detailed violations & identifications be provided to all affected parties, especially those being terminated.
It is no secret that the YouTube copyright and trademark policy is being abused and mis-used to destroy young artists and creators seen as small competition by use of bureaucracy, otherwise we would not be here...on this page.

In America we have the Constitution, which gives us the inalienable rights intended protect us as citizens. One of these rights is due process, the 5th amendment. You see, In the real world, in America, when you are accused of something that requires punishment, you are generally given the opportunity to defend yourself, or state your case. Yes, sometimes you still must suffer some consequence, but you always get your day to defend yourself.
This particular right is one of the things that set us apart from other countries, why so many immigrants want citizenship... It's fair, and it is just.

Concerning YouTube policy it would be incumbent to consider :
First... A very clear, detailed & personalized (relevant to specific video in question) denoscription needs to be given stating where the violation is assumed /claimed to be.
How can we file an accurate or worthwhile appeal if we have literally zero idea what we are defending or What has been done wrong ? Your policy pages don't give examples of common copyright / trademark mistakes or complaints. This would be very beneficial to all users and should be included in your tutorial guides.

It is an extreme violation to criminalize and or punish someone without verification a wrong has been done, and without allowing that person's testinomy to be heard, documented, and CONSIDERED. Before termination.
It is necessary to give ALL users a fair amount of time to show due diligence that they outright own the material, a misunderstanding has occured, or that the infraction was in no way malicious in nature. A simple 10 day grace period would show good faith on your part.
In NO way is it okay to work with networks and large-budget creators to eradicate and destroy new artists and small competition in order to monopolize the platform. In fact, Monopolies are most definitely illegal, thanks to good ol Teddy Roosevelt....
It is not okay to treat people in such an unconstitutional underhanded way. And yes, we are people, not just ad revenue generators. ~ A call to creators and artist alike; you're feedback and opinions are appreciated.
