Let's introduce Kalkidan Megersa, an architecture student at Addis Ababa Science and Technology University, and an enthusiastic participant in aaa!'s 'Introduction to 3D Animation' program. With a background in traditional art forms like pencil sketching, watercolor, and architectural modeling, Kalkidan found our training to be a refreshing and enlightening experience.

The program offered her insights and hands-on learning that she wouldn't have encountered in her regular architectural classes. The friendly and engaging atmosphere made the process exciting and allowed her to grasp unique concepts effortlessly.

Through the training, Kalkidan also realized the value of time management and began to explore potential future paths. While she hasn't pinpointed her exact direction yet, she's intrigued by the possibilities in advertising and applying her newfound knowledge in architecture.

Meet Naol Getenet, a talented 2D animator who embarked on an inspiring journey with aaa!'s 'Introduction to 3D Animation' program. What started as a curiosity to evolve his 2D art into 3D became a challenging yet rewarding experience, guided by our supportive and interactive mentors.

The training has been transformative for Naol, opening doors to new opportunities within his company where there's a growing demand for 3D work. He's now ready to apply his newfound knowledge in various domains, including virtual events, effectively bridging gaps and bringing creative visions to life.

Naol's determination and growth exemplify the potential that lies within the world of 3D animation.

Hawi Kefale (@hawi_kefale) is a prolific Filmmaker and Illustrator with over 6 years experience and a rich background in the storytelling sector. Hawi's skills span creative direction, noscriptwriting, storyboarding, directing, and editing for both for live-action and animated content.

Throughout the training, Hawi will be mentoring participants in the art of storytelling, diving into writing, story and character development, and world building.
