I don't know if you guys do it or not, but I think having a separate private channel where you post the common issues or other things you often face, with denoscription of their fix and tag is very helpful.
I am doing it for about a year now, and I can feel it improving my efficiency.

one of my old side projects that I didn't get to release 😅
I was so obsessed with making the UI very good that I got lazy to continue on it after that 😄

I am planning on reading the book "Computer Systems: Programmers Perspective", which goes very deep into low level stuff with C. So, to learn C quick as a programmer who already have some experience, I am going with the very short book called "Effective C".
✍️ My takeaways after reading the book, Effective C:

➡️ This book is not for beginners; it quickly covers basic topics, assuming some programming knowledge.

➡️ As the noscript suggests, it goes deeply into C programming. It wasn't ideal for me since I wanted to learn C just for reading the book Computer Systems: A Programmer's Prespective. So, I was skipping some sections. Only read it if you want an in-depth start with C.

➡️ The book goes beyond C syntax and concepts. It expores low-level concepts that form the foundation of C.

🔻 Overall, it's a solid resource for mastering C. I hope these insights help.

Avalonia on the web is based on WASM, which you know is very slow. But, it is getting high speed with NativeAOT and LLVM 😄

How do I make a passive income from crypto?

Crypto is a very risky but highly profitable market to invest in. We are at a time where one can invest a small amount in a highly profitable market without needing to invest large sums. Though crypto requires deep analysis and filtering, it presents a great opportunity for young investors like me who don't want to park their money in fiat currency and watch inflation erode its value.

For ppl who think there is no good in crypto, and it is all about scam
The crypto world has brought a lot of changes to how we view things in the world. It gave us the control over our money, and the anonymity with it. Ofc there are a lot of scammy projects which are trying to rip people of, but it is indifferent to the scams that exist in other firms of investments as well. A huge real world values are being provided with decentralized finance, physical infrastructure networks, scientific researches, etc.. I will put some pictures in the comment section.

In my view, the legit, less risky (ofc crypto is risky) and non-scammy ways to make money from crypto are (which I am doing rn):

1. Investing in projects/coins which are undervalued to the value they provide
One example is when BNB was undervalued few years ago despite having the platform binance on its hand. Ppl who invested in BNB at the early days are now on many folds of profit. The easy way to look for this is looking at the current value of the project and asserting on solutions and values it has to offer, then compare it with existing projects in the market which are close to this project and see if this one is really undervalued or not

2. Swing trading with notable crypto's which usually bounce from the average price, but get to the average price quickly
I like how I make income from this.. crypto is very unstable market.. price go up and down regularly. So, what I do here is, I have list of coins in my bucket which I have observed that they usually bounce down but get back to their average price quickly. So, when they go below the average price, I buy them, and when they get back to their average price I sell them. It is usually around 10 ~ 20% profit. To be honest, for now, I only have the TON coin in my list which I trust for this type of trading, but I will look for more when I have the time

Overall,
I don't trust crypto to take my whole focus, and I only look up to it in my free time. I believe in developing high value skills or businesses for the long run than speculating on cryptos. So, you may try it as a side income, but don't let it shift your focus.

My freelancing journey

In this post, I wanna share how I got into freelancing and things that helped me stand out. I am a level two seller on Fiverr working as a desktop app developer.

How did I get into freelancing?
So, my way into freelancing was because of being part of the Tech With Tim discord server. Tim released a new video on how he made $500 freelancing online with basic stuff on Fiverr. It became the topic of talk in the server and many ppl started opening Fiverr profile. I said to myself why not and opened my profile in december, 2020.

How did I get my profile growing?
I knew opening gigs on Fiverr with well known skills and getting orders from those were nearly impossible as a starter. So, I researched on things that are in demand but less freelancers were focusing on it. I stumbled upon Network programming. It was basically about building basic tcp/udp stuff for uni students. I guess, I was the 4th person to open that gig on Fiverr. Since we were few, we controlled the market for a while and I grew my profile with that. But nowadays, this gig is not working as much, because the clients are students, and AI is helping them now.

Later on, I did open many gigs, but non of them outperformed except, again, for my avalonia desktop app development gig. I was literally the second person to open that gig on Fiverr. Though there are not many order requests I receive from this gig, I get to hold my clients for long, since avalonia development service is very rare.

———————————

In another upcoming post, I will explain the process behind how I create outstanding gigs on Fiverr.
Stay tuned 🔥
