NEW🔥 : A federal appeals court ruled Wednesday that restrictions preventing medical marijuana patients from purchasing firearms may violate the Second Amendment, reviving a Florida lawsuit dismissed at the district level.
The three-judge panel of the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals found the federal government “failed to meet its burden … to establish that disarming medical marijuana users is consistent with this nation’s history and tradition of firearm regulation.” Judge Elizabeth Branch authored the decision, joined by Judges Gerald Tjoflat and Robert Luck.
The case, filed in 2022 by then-Agriculture Commissioner Nikki Fried and medical marijuana patients, challenged federal prohibitions that “forbid Floridians from possessing or purchasing a firearm on the sole basis that they are state-law-abiding medical marijuana patients.” Florida’s 2016 constitutional amendment legalized medical marijuana, conflicting with federal drug laws.

Tina Peters is currently being held in a state facility in Colorado, but she possesses critical information as a potential federal witness in the current investigation ongoing into the stolen 2020 election.
Federal authorities, including AG Pam Bondi, in order to secure her critical testimony, must immediately move to have Tina released into federal custody.
Additionally, a thorough investigation should be conducted into the judge who sentenced her to determine whether her imprisonment was proper or influenced by bias.

🤔Hulk Hogan’s estranged daughter believes the tale of the tape could possibly “change the narrative” surrounding the startling death of the WWE icon last month.
In a series of Instagram Stories shared Wednesday, Brooke Hogan laid out “all” she knows regarding the circumstances of Hogan’s death, alleging medical and police professionals have encouraged that she “need[s] to get a hold of” 911 tapes and body cam footage from the date of his passing “because they supposedly contain information that could potenitally shed enough light to change the narrative” circulated.
“Here’s ALL I KNOW. So stop speculating, stop asking. I have also informed my brother [Nick Hogan] of all of this information who is boots on the ground with everything,” Brooke, 37, began in one slide.
“FACT: I’ve 100% gotten legit calls from professionals — from police officials to nurses that were supposedly with my dad on the day of his death telling ME I need to see body cam footage and I need to get a hold of the 911 tapes because they supposedly contain information that could potentially shed enough light to change the narrative we/I/everyone’s been hearing.
“Those same professionals feel so passionately about what they witnessed, they have continued to contact me and push me to find specific answers to this very day. They are quite literally putting their careers at risk because they feel so compelled to do the right thing.”
Brooke, who hadn’t spoken to her late father in two years, said in Wednesday’s post that the matter is “all up to” Hogan’s wife, Sky Daily, whom he married in 2023.

The decision came seven months after the Republican returned to the White House. A panel of five judges in New York’s mid-level Appellate Division said the verdict, which stood to cost Trump more than $515 million and rock his real estate empire, was “excessive.”
After finding that Trump engaged in fraud by flagrantly padding financial statements that went to lenders and insurers, Judge Arthur Engoron ordered him last year to pay $355 million in penalties. With interest, the sum has topped $515 million.
The total — combined with penalties levied on some other Trump Organization executives, including Trump’s sons Eric and Donald Jr. — now exceeds $527 million, with interest
