I woke up to a big disappointment this morning and have been reminding myself what the Lord said in preparation for this moment. When the Lord speaks, expect for a test of faith to follow and know that it usually looks like the opposite of what He said. Your mind then becomes a battlefield:

“Did God really say that?”

“Why is this happening, I’m so confused!”

We may be heading in one direction, thinking the path up ahead is clear, only to discover a mountain standing in our way. But if that should be the case, remember this truth: our God turns mountains into mole hills.

Keep going. Watch the testimony unfold as you believe what God told you no matter what things look like or how you feel. And know that you are NOT alone in this walk of faith. 🙏

Last night I had a dream of being at rest and the LORD sent word of His supernatural provision being on the way. I smiled and thanked Him and woke up.

“Light is sweet; how pleasant to see a new day dawning.”
Ecclesiastes 11:7 NLT

A new day is upon us. A time of miracles, supernatural provision, and rest for the weary. All of these are available for those who hope in the LORD and put their trust in Him. Who choose to forsake their own way and submit to His.

We can go on in our own strength carrying unnecessary stress like the unbeliever (Matthew 6:31-32), or we can choose to rest in the purposes of God and watch Him fulfill His promises.
