Liberal academics conducted a study comparing Gab and Facebook data on the topic of the clot shot and the scamdemic. What they found shocked them.

They discovered that while most academic studies about Gab have been focused on labeling it an extremist political platform what they found is that Gab is emerging as a space for “comparison and sharing of information sources and differing worldviews that is “lacking on Facebook.”

An excellent review of Oppenheimer.

I take issue with the characterization of Oppenheimer's "near-infallibility of judgment," though.

He led a seminar at the Institute for Advanced Studies at Princeton about the Bohm-de Broglie Pilot Wave Theory of Quantum Mechanics with the goal of disproving it. After several hours where the assembled physicists were unable to poke any holes in it, Oppenheimer was reported to have said "since we can't disprove it, we'll have to agree to ignore it."

THE THREE RULES OF GROUPTHINK

1. ILLUSION
A group of people come to share a belief that is not based in reality: an illusion.

2. CONSENSUS
As the belief does not match external reality, the group of people resort to hanging onto the only thing they have, a consensus between them that the illusion is reality. From this point, the illusion's main justification becomes this "consensus".

3. INTOLERANCE
Any external person to the groupthink with a different view needs to be silenced because the "consensus" becomes the only defence of the illusion. Therefore the groupthink group resorts to censorship, intimidation, and "cancelling" all critical opinions.
